Manuel Clavero Ar\u00e9valo, Maestro, Jurista, Persona P\u00fablica y en lo que respecta a nuestra Academia, Acad\u00e9mico de Honor de la misma.<\/p><p>La actuaci\u00f3n de D. Manuel en su dilatada vida ha sido amplia y fruct\u00edfera.<\/p><p>Como maestro ha formado a un ingente n\u00famero de alumnos en sus c\u00e1tedras, primero en Salamanca y, fundamentalmente en Sevilla. Profesor riguroso y justo, profundo y al tiempo claro en sus exposiciones, hac\u00eda que resultase f\u00e1cil el encuentro con una especialidad del Derecho que se suele considerar \u00e1rida, como es el Derecho Administrativo.<\/p><p>Como universitario fue Decano de la Facultad de Derecho y despu\u00e9s Rector de la Universidad de Sevilla.<\/p><p>Como jurista, ejerci\u00f3 la abogac\u00eda con seriedad, solvencia y rigor y, en cuanto a su personalidad p\u00fablica, asumi\u00f3 la responsabilidad en esa \u00e1rea en un momento muy dif\u00edcil e inseguro, en el que la misma implicaba la asunci\u00f3n de riesgos. Lo hizo y abri\u00f3 unas posibilidades a Andaluc\u00eda para que la realidad de aquel momento y el dise\u00f1o que estaba previsto, no constituyese un freno para su desarrollo y consecuci\u00f3n de las metas m\u00e1s que merecidas.<\/p><p>La Academia Andaluza de Ciencia Regional se enorgullece de haberlo tenido en su n\u00f3mina de Acad\u00e9micos de Honor y los Acad\u00e9micos que lo hemos conocido y valorado en las distintas facetas de su vida, sentimos su fallecimiento y transmitimos ese sentimiento a su familia.<\/p><p>Descanse en paz y vivir\u00e1 en nuestro recuerdo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 El d\u00eda de ayer, nos lleg\u00f3 la triste noticia del fallecimiento de D.
